Ann Blake Holmes graduated from Radford University with dual degrees in sociology and anthropology. After working as a management analyst for the Peace Corps in Washington DC she settled in Sterling with her family and is currently a cooking instructor in Northern Virginia schools. In addition to her love for cooking and hosting events, she enjoys traveling with her children and restoring her little shack by the bay on the Eastern Shore of Virginia where the sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking.
